Your responsibilities will include:

  •          Meeting and providing support to Company’s visitors
  •          Maintaining a welcoming and highly professional reception area
  •          Handling all incoming and inter-office calls
  •          Maintaining conference rooms and clients’ area
  •          Providing administrative support to colleagues


  •          University degree or a student of the last year with a possibility to work full-time
  •          Related administrative experience is a plus
  •          Familiarity with basic computer applications
  •          Fluent English is a plus
  •          High organizational skills and detail orientation
  •          Strong client service orientation and professional demeanor
